Pre-registration is required for all dismissal day and break camps and is not included in your regular before and after school tuition. Fees for dismissal days and break camps are $38.00 per day.
Registration will be available online 45 days prior to the scheduled dismissal day. Registrations are taken on a first come, first served basis for these programs. Each location will need to meet a minimum of 15 children (K-Age 12; minimum 6 for ECE) registered for the program to operate. If a site’s numbers are too low, there will be an option for students to attend a program at a nearby site.
Financial Assistance is not available for Dismissal Day Camps. CCAP families will need to have prior approval for the site the student is attending.
Due to unique school calendars, please check with the program specialist at your child’s site for specific Dismissal Day dates.
Dismissal Day Camp will not be available at any site on February 1st due to department-wide professional development.
Dismissal Day Drop-Ins
Parents/Guardians who have not registered for Dismissal Day or Break Camps and use drop-in care for their child(ren) will be asked to complete an Information Card immediately at the site. A drop-in will only be accepted if your child is already in the registration system with Discovery Link and we are able to maintain the licensing staff to student ratio required by the Department of Human Services. If the drop-in is permitted, a fee of $76.00 per day per child will be assessed to your account.
